2. Regional Scope & Service Availability

VAYN operates exclusively within the Republic of Lebanon. We deliver orders to all eight Lebanese governorates: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Bekaa, Nabatieh, Akkar, and Baalbek-Hermel.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Lebanon. Any orders requested for addresses outside Lebanon cannot be processed.

3. Products, Specifications & Pricing

VAYN crafts premium tech accessories including MagSafe wallets (VAYN ONE), magnetic charging docks (VAYN DOCK), and braided high-speed cables (VAYN CABLE).

• Pricing: All product prices displayed on the site are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). Prices are exclusive of standard delivery fees unless explicitly stated.
• Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, textures, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device display configurations.
• Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Placement & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment for all VAYN orders is conducted exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt of your package.

• Order Submission: When submitting an order on our checkout page, you are required to provide a valid Lebanese phone number, recipient name, governorate, city/town, and exact delivery address.
• Phone Verification: Our delivery team or dispatch partner may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm delivery details prior to dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified via phone may be subject to cancellation.
• Payment Currency: Payment must be tendered in cash upon delivery in US Dollars ($) or the prevailing local Lebanese Pound (LBP) cash market rate agreed upon at the time of delivery confirmation.
• Order Cancellation: VAYN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including unverified contact details, suspect activity, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 business days depending on your governorate and location in Lebanon.

Delivery fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details and ensuring someone is available at the provided phone number and address to accept the delivery and pay the cash total.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of VAYN gear.

• Inspection upon Arrival: We strongly encourage customers to inspect items upon delivery in the presence of the courier representative.
• Defective or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a free exchange or replacement.
• Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in their original state, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Exchanges: Color or product exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur nominal additional courier re-delivery charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, product designs, graphics, code, imagery, text, and user interfaces—is the intellectual property of VAYN and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any site content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VAYN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including third-party carrier delays or force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
